Description
This course explores the procedures and responsibilities connected to federal income taxation. The overall emphasis of the course is on the inventory of necessary tax forms, reporting and filing obligations, representing clients before the IRS, and research practices necessary to secure the most accurate outcome for taxpayers. The student will also become familiar with various related subjects, including: Alternative Minimum Tax, Exempt Organizations, and Taxation of Trusts and Estates.
