Description
This course is designed as a continuation of Latin Dance I to introduce Samba, Rumba, and Tango. Students will expand on skills, terminology, and performance expressiveness in Latin dance forms individually, with a partner, and in a group setting. Students will continue to explore and analyze historical, theoretical, and culturally diverse trends and figures in the discipline of Latin dance. This course is repeatable one time for a maximum of six hours that may be applied to the associates degree.Recommended: DNC 128 (C or better)
